CAN YOU BEAR THE COLD…ARE YOU BRAVE ENOUGH TO TAKE PART IN THE 5th JULY 2025 AT ONE OF THE COLDEST POLAR BEAR PLUNGE’S IN SA?

Our annual POLAR BEAR PLUNGE is just one of those awesome fundraisers. It is just fun, fun, fun, and it has become an annual Fouriesburg tradition that is proudly supported by the local community.

Registrations are now open, and there are two ways you can take part:

1) You can come to Fouriesburg, to the beautiful and picturesque Arpa Dam and join in the action that way, or
2) You can take the plunge no matter where you are, record it and send it to us

Entry per person is R100 + a bag of dog or cat food!

We also have sponsorship forms available, so if you want to make your plunge count, you can get your friends, family, and colleagues to sponsor your crazy antics.

We also have a load of awesome prizes available for swimmers!

All the money raised will help fund our veterinary work and allow us to continue helping the animals of the eastern Free State.
