The 2026 Surrender Hill Marathon will take place Saturday, 7 March 2026 from 06h00 at the NG Church, Fouriesburg, c/o Reitz & Church Str in Fouriesburg, Free State. Distances available include 42.2km, 21.1km, 10km and 5km races.
